"Let me start by saying By saying, I really want to love my apartment! It’s just a few things that’s making it very difficult. There is a bee infestation in my home. I’ve been waiting almost 3 months for maintenance to fix cabinets and doors. Their apartment wasn’t completely ready so they left things undone like screwing In the outlets. The dining room is two different colors because they didn’t completely paint it. I’ve only been here almost 3 months so I can’t give it a one because I feel like we still have time to turn it around. The layout of the apartment is great and I think that the value of the apartment is good it’s just a little things."

"THIS PLACE IS A SCAM the move in process was delayed twice and they switched me to a non renovated unit upon move in which is not what I applied for. Then on the move in day I was told that we would receive an online lease to sign which we never did. I went up to the office multiple times to receive the lease and to update the price of the changed unit, and to send my portal information to make payments. I was repeatedly told to hold off on everything until management is switched over then 4 months later ON MY BIRTHDAY I get a proceeds letter on my door telling me to forgot the unit and pay upworths of $6000+ I wasn’t aware if anything I’m a young adult I’m used to paying my bills online I never have received emails calls or notices that I was late and was being charged for a renovated unit!!!! I then went in to the leasing office to address the issue and they aren’t taking any accountability on their end. When are we gonna stop holding individuals more accountable than million dollar corporations who are SCAMMING and EXPLOITING off of people they need to be held to a higher standard I am not the only tenant in the complex that is going through this issue either so clearly I’m not the problem."

"This is the worst place you can ever move into. The individuals in the leasing office who are constantly rotated are dishonest. I was locked out of my residential portal and told to pay rent by money order to the leasing office. By a short lady with short hair who magically stopped working there the day I was sent a second notice quote n quote, for none payment of rent (second I never did receive a first). To my surprise I was being billed for a rental special they were running that gave me $1000 off the rent, and also money orders that was missing from my account that I had receipts for that was sign by these people in the leasing office. I went to the manager because this all happens in August and we came to agreement to clear the payment and cancel the notice since it wasn’t my fault and I actually paid my rent. Now November I came home to an actual eviction notice on my door, they still took it to court, I naively thought it would have dealt with from in the office. Now I’m about to be evicted with my two young kids because of these batards. The manager no longer works here just to add as soon as this was posted on my door and there are new clueless people working in the office. I will await my eviction, because I will be taking legal actions against there criminal. On top of that they don’t fix anything and the apartments are full of cockroaches, I even had visitors and they drove home and saw roaches on their vehicles from parking in the complex. It’s one big ghetto arena. Bathrooms faucets are clog and the smell of cesspool flows back into your apartment, even causing flies. I had a bathroom faucet breaking away from the wall for two months before someone from a plumbing company who was sent to fix something in my apartment after seeing it stopped working and drove to the office to tell them I had kids and in no way shape or form that was safe being like that in my apartment. Who have to constantly walk behind these people to get anything fix and they come in inspect and promise to come back and never do."

"I scheduled a tour with brandy for Saturday at 1:00pm. When I arrived to the leasing office the doors were locked & no one answered the phone. Mind you I arrived 10 minutes early."
