"I've been living here for 8+ months now and will most definitely give this place a solid 4 stars OVERALL. The Leasing & Maintenance Teams are both GREAT! However, I most definitely have to give a 5 Star shout out to the Maintenance Sup., Jerel! Jerel literally has taken care of ALL of my maintenance requests within 24 hours or less. - best Maintenance Sup. experience, Ever! His Customer Service Skills are out of the park. He is quick, personable, and will keep you updated every step of the way. If you have any questions about the property and its quirks, he will explain the little things to you, so you can better understand this new building! I love this property, I think if you're interested you should absolutely tour and move in!"

The apartment is beautiful and the building is well maintained. The AMLI staff is very friendly and even the residents that I have crossed paths with are friendly. "I wish I never signed a lease. I'm counting down the days until I move out of AMLI Flatiron. I was really excited when I moved in back in June 2023 because the property looked really nice, but looks are deceiving. Since moving in there's been a plethora issues like security (incident of many cars being broken into), pests, and the apartment being built EXTREMELY poor. Every single day, I can hear my upstairs neighbors every move...but ultimately it's not the neighbors fault because I have also heard conversations and a TV of the neighbors next to me. The apartment walls are made so cheaply with what seems like ZERO soundproofing measures. It is extremely frustrating. I spoke with another resident who said the same thing. There is also a clicking noise that comes from within the walls in my bathroom. No idea what it is. I've mentioned all of this to management and in the end nothing has changed. Do not live here unless you plan on living on the very top floor or ultimately you can find most likely find a better complex."

"The best housing experience I had in Atlanta, and I visited more than 15 properties!! We didn't have an appointment, just saw the complex while touring another apartment. Antwone, was welcoming and set up a self-guided tour for us. His scheduled appointment didn't show so he took us on the tour. He is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, friendly and kind! We felt welcomed and valued from the beginning to the end of our visit. My friend was with me for support, and he talked and included her in the conversations as well. I went back the next day and Stephanie was just as awesome. I am looking forward to living here. The facilities are modern, clean, and well maintained. I feel safe and secure on and around the property. The customer service so far has been exceptional!"
