Short term Furnished Apartments by AR National in Atlanta, GA 3380 Peachtree Road, Atlanta, GA 30326

"This review relates to a short term corporate rental apartment in the Grandview through AR Corporate. The building itself is older, but renovations in public areas are reasonably nice. The views are great and the building staff are friendly. However, the apartment provided by AR Corporate within the building is very outdated with cheap furnishings, tacky decor and in need of refurbishment. Upon check-in, the apartment was in poor condition with carpets and chairs not properly cleaned and TV/internet not working. Staff had to be called in the next day to fix these basic issues. AR Corporate was also sloppy in drafting the lease, with the wrong parking spot assigned, such that my car was threatened with being towed when parked in that spot. The experience with AR Corporate has been very disappointing. Edit: The experience gets worse. Cigarette smoke comes through the vents daily from a neighbor and management won't do anything about it."

"I was the first tenant to move into The Grandview when it first opened. It was really nice. The view of downtown was fantastic. Subsequently, they started calling the apartments 'condos', and from what I understand, the clientele has gone downhill, and I've heard the place has gone to hell."

"Don't rent here if peace and quiet are important to you. Walls are paper thin and doors are hallow. So you hear everything. These must have been apartments and then converted to sell as Condos. Great location but made extremely cheap..."
