"I never go out of my way to do this but now feel it's necessary. I'll be clear on one thing and one thing only. I don't hate where I live, I only wish I had a better view and maybe a window in my bedroom. My lease is nearing it's end so I've decided to explore with MAA because I've had such a positive experience. unfortunately, other complexes I've toured are not near as good as this one. The leasing office is extremely professional and because I've visited other complexes I now can say I have it really really good. the complex is well maintained, there's no crime, the leasing office responds MINUTES after emails and they actually answer the phone. Cody knows every single detail about every apartment and I'll bet you he remembers your name too! move here. You'll love it. No they didn't ask me to write this. I promise you, you will love it. Zero issues, zero complaints. I was going to transfer apartment complexes but now I think I'll just stick it out and wait for a better deal to come available. Cody, Jessica, Laqiya thank you;)"

"Overall it's fine. The maintenance team is great and really responsive and the office team is nice enough. However I have had a few issues, when I moved into my unit I had to move in later than promised because they were cleaning the carpet. The property manager said it had been freshly painted and there was paint all over the floor that had dried and is still there. I had an issue once where there was a loud altercation on the street outside where my apartment window is and I received a noise complaint for it. I emailed the office telling them I did not appreciate being blamed for someone else's loud conversation and nobody ever took the time to respond to me. For the crazy rent prices you would expect a clean apartment to move into and a response when you are concerned about something. The fire alarm for the whole building also goes off ALL the time and is ear piercingly loud and goes on for half an hour before anyone turns if off. Overall the people are nice enough and there haven't been any huge issues, but it could definitely be better"

"We recently moved from Dallas, Texas to Atlanta so the process of picking out the perfect spot was hard but MAA's amazing team here at Stratford made it so easy & it was perfect! They communicated with us each step of the way and their professionalism was top of the line. Our experience has been so wonderful. The move in was seamless. The property is so clean, there are dogs on leashes ( which is awesome ) and the pet areas are well kept but it doesn't smell like a dog park its fresh smelling and super clean. My pups love it. The pool area is so peaceful - the tenants are mindful of each other and smile. My new neighbor checked on us and introduced himself the day we moved in- talk about southern hospitality and kindness!! Markidda and I are officially on a first name basis and the joy in her voice when I call the office is tangible. The whole team has made it smooth for our transition and I recommend MAA and this location for the business professional, growing family or even roommates - its city living with all the amenities at arms reach. I can't say enough about how nice it is here."
