"I just recently moved in February and Zsakya has literally been a life saver. SENT FROM HEAVEN!!!!!! She was so patient with me and assisted throughout the process from the time I came to tour to the time I signed my lease. Her professionalism and customer service was 10 Stars. As a person moving from Florida, Zsakaya has made this transition to Atlanta as smooth as possible. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area just touring or looking for a new home to check out Bell Terminus and ask for Z, you won’t regret it!"
"I've been living at this apartment complex for a while now, and it has been incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The team here is fantastic—always friendly, helpful, and quick to address any concerns. In particular, I want to commend the manager, Wally, for his exceptional communication skills and dedication to resolving issues promptly. Recently, I had an air conditioner problem that took a couple of months to fix, but throughout the process, Wally kept me informed and ensured that the issue was ultimately resolved to my satisfaction. Despite the hiccup, I continue to enjoy living here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment complex."
"Had to move from one apartment to another and in the same complex and it has been a great experience. Eric the manager has been super helpful and attentive which has been a relief. I also got to meet with Deryeck the maintenance manager who helped make sure my new apartment was cleaned spotless and will continue to work with me on minor repairs. I could not have asked for a better transition into my new place!"
"Great place to live until new management took over. They would boot our cars in the garage and on the street. Office staff is rude and not helpful. Elevators break once a month. Most apartments are rented by management for Airbnb, so trash is often found in the garage and mutual spaces. Pool and work out were off limits for two years! Management will raise your rent hoping you will move, so they can lease for more $ And forget about getting your deposit back when you move, management will say they have no record and charge you for move out. Forget about calling headquarters. You will get no response. It used to be a great place to live!"
"Since I lived here, Bell replaced Berkshire as the managing company. So, I am hoping Bell realizes what a goldmine they have here and don’t trash the property the same way Berkshire did. If I could give this complex a negative rating, it would deserve it. I lived in this apartment for about 6 months when it was still under Berkshire. I was so excited to move in because it was a new building, a GREAT location, and lower than average rents. But it wasn’t long before I realized the owners were incompetent, and the tenants even worse. This “luxury” complex was always dirty, always smelled, everything was always, ALWAYS broken (elevators, light fixtures, garage doors, dirty and scratched up walls), and the stench of weed constantly fly flowed throughout the hallways. The home pot was so bad it often felt like I was living in public housing vs an upscale mid-rise for working professionals. For the entire six months I was there, long abandoned cars sat in the garage taking up space from paying renters, and management did nothing about it. Berkshire also seemed to let anyone and everyone live there, which only further contributed to the apartment being constantly trashed and abused. The overall upkeep was almost non-existent, so If you tour this place, look VERY closely to everything you’re being shown and pay attention to every detail that could be a red flag. I decided to end my lease early and just pay the fine, because nothing was worth having to continue to live here. Bell Properties has a ton of work to get this complex back up to the standard it was built to meet, but I’m confident they can turn it around if they are aggressive enough."
