"Move-in was pretty seamless, we were able to get into our place within 24 hours of signing the lease. Natasha was super helpful throughout the application process as were the rest of the leasing office staff. I will say that the background check part is a little slow, and could be far more efficient. That being said, it is still better than numerous other places we tried around Atlanta. So far, it seems Alta Porter has taken the necessary measures to ensure the safety and trustworthiness of its residents which is a great bonus"
