"Crazy over priced for what it is. The townhouses are "nice" on a first walk through but with mine in particular, there are all kinds of grading issues. The counters aren't level, the windows aren't flat. As far as the community goes, mostly young families so if you are looking for a quiet place to live, this isn't it. They do allow pets, just as an addition cost to the already growing number of fees. The gates are broken most of the time, the trash is overflowing most of the time. If they offered these places for rent for a few hundred dollars less, it might make sense. At the rate they do charge though, its unlivable."
