"These apartments are the worst. We've caught 7 mice within 2 days in our apartment. Mice are all over the apartments; even outside. You can not get rid of the roaches because they are inside the walls. No matter how much we clean and try to patch cracks and hole ourselves, nothing seems to work. The mice get in through small cracks and areas that have not been properly sealed. Plumbing is still horrible. They've changed management once again but nothing has changed. We can not wait until our lease is up. No one should have to live in these conditions."

"DONT MOVE HERE. rats are running all round the complex. The plumbing/sewage is messed up and it smells really loud out. Sewage flies are everywhere. There is a huge hole in the parking lot where the rats are entering and they are not even caring to fix it. Maintenance do not keep the place kept. Trash is everywhere. Many drain covers are missing. They have no security, gun violence is pretty prevalent on the premise. My car window was shot out and the next day i was warned to fix my window in two days or they will tow it. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK IN THE OFFICE ARE COMPLETE LIARS"

"The renovations were the reason for me wanting to move this area. The convince to shopping, dining, parks and schools. The neighbors are pretty quiet in my building."
