"Watch out for them when you move out. They will just mess your credit up because they will send debts to debt collectors without informing you. Plus, the people in the office didn’t even know what it was for. I lived there for 4 years and always paid my rent on time. They are scammers that try to get money out of people with little disregard to how their methods affect people’s financial goals."
"Spend about 4 years there,was nice place to stay until they wouldn't fix anything no more. Floor was sinking for over a year. I got scared for my wife and kid, hoping the floor wouldn't fall in.So we had to move afraid of injuries. Then when we moved didn't get our deposit the rent lady put an inflated price on our credit. Never was late but one time .instead of telling us about this she laugh and grin in our faces.This could have been done alot better for loyal tenants that stay so long. So be careful about renting here."
