The Pointe at Canyon Ridge Apartments

"Today is December 23, 2023 I walked into the office and was greeted by an employee with an attitude problem. I simply said "hi, how are you" and I got a response from her saying "I'm good" as if she owns the property. She didn't even bother to ask how I am doing. What kind of customer service is this? Is this how the property treats all of their future residents? I feel really bad for the people who are living here and have to deal with the leasing office. It clearly shows how a place is operated by the behaviour of their employees. I'm a project manager and the employee who greeted me would've not even lasted one day working for me by the amount of attitude given and her actions as an employee. My wife asked to see an apartment that we will be moving into and she stated "The owners of the property only show the demo unit instead of the actual apartment, if you want to see the apartment you're moving into you'll have to pay the application fee". How does that even make any sense? Why would I want to see a demo apartment when It's designed to look good and attract future residents. All other rental properties are glad to show me the apartment I will be moving into before paying for the application, this is the first time I'm hearing about paying before you see the apartment you'll be moving into. I don't know if she was lying to us or she just didn't want to work that day. Regardless of what I'm writing and as stated before if the employees don't care that means management doesn't care. This message is for all of the future residents that are looking to apply here stay away from this property. They have several properties around the area with better customer service. I will state below the defaults found when I visited this property. -Employee has an attitude problem and didn't bother herself to help us out. -Employee stated false information about the property -Employee had personal YouTube playlist on while customers were on property. -Employee was texting on her phone while supposedly trying to help us. -Employee was singing and humming to her YouTube playlist while supposedly working (unprofessional) -Vulgar videos were playing from her playlist on the tv. -Gate was broken and left open which anybody can drive in. -Property was not maintained (Garbage, Landscaping)"

"Danishia was my tour guide hopefully she can be yours too, I must say 10/10 with her ! She greeted me at the door with a contagious smile and got straight to business! The unit was very nice, neat and clean they even had motion sensor lights in the hallways ! She showed me all the ropes and answered all my questions that I had to ask in a professional manner. She was able to find me an affordable unit within my price range! I cannot wait to start my new journey with The Pointe Thanks Danishia !"

"Yeah, if I had the chance to move somewhere else I would. I've only been here for a week. And the neighbors upstairs are rude they dump dirty water off the balcony from cleaning their rugs and dogs. I'm pretty sure they smoke weed because I could smell it coming through my air vents in the bathroom. The loud noises are crazy throughout the week and weekend from their dogs barking to them cleaning the rugs. I reported them but nothing has happened since then. I've reported multiple times. I thought it was illegal to run a business in your apartment but this place always it. So if you want to do that come move here. Once we moved in we realized the toilet was leaking and nobody came to fix it even though they asked you up front if there's anything wrong with his apartment. Let's just saying you're wasting your time and your money if you were to move here."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. These positive reviews are fake and some are new comers, they don't know yet. - NOT RENOVATED AT ALL. That's a lie - Residents sell and smoke drugs - Gate is always broken / no security - Employees are rude and disrespectful (Keisha had her phone up texting in my face while I was talking to her) - You'll be charged a lot of fees and no one gets back to you when you contact them - Apartments are old (think the 80s) - Employees are horrible (sorry to say this but they are ghetto, it's the truth) - Roaches and rats will be nice to you though, there's plenty of them The only pro is the location but there are much better communities, more affordable and nicer employees right down the street. Try them instead."

"Man when I tell you I am so happy with the service that I have been getting from Keisha from day 1 the whole process has been smooth. She’s very professional and always kept In contact with updates. And made she she went over and beyond to put me In the exact unit I wanted. I can’t be happy enough to be welcomed here like family. If you’re looking for your new home please come see ms. Keisha she will work with you and try her best to get you what you’re looking for. Thank you Keisha I am so blessed to be a new resident here look forward to a comfortable stay."
