"Maintenance associate Donny was awesome!! I need a repair of my door lock on my patio closet door. Not only did he replace that in a timely manner, he also replaced my patio entry door (old lock and knob with no key) and replaced the door knob on my front door because he said it looked “old”. So I had only really requested work on 1 door and got 3 fixed/updated! Donny rocks and I really appreciated the extra time and care he took to make all the doors work and compatible to the same key."

"Great spot with accessible parking. The Falls is a peaceful community with close proximity to shopping and my school. I have been here 2+ years so far and love my apartment. Maintenance takes a minute to come out for non-emergency stuff, but this property is very big."

"I’ve been living at The Falls at Sope Creek for almost a year now and they are very unorganized! Since I have been living here there have been numerous different people in the office that don’t answer the phone at all it’s always broken and when you have a maintenance request it takes forever for them to come and when you call again they say oh it’s not in our records let me write it down! Do yourselves a favor find another place to rent if you don’t want to deal with all the drama!!!!"
