"Recently moved to this community. I signed the lease only after hearing 1 month move in specials by leasing agent. During key handover move in specials was been denied to us and gave excuse about system glitch. Apartment unit super un clean. Trash bin still having previous tenant trash. Microwave having stains and oils. Same with range and oven. Carpet needs replacement. Very un hygienic. Feel free to check the pictures. Think twice before moving in. All maintenance requests were turned down. If you still think that new tenant must clean then previous tenant mesh then absolutely it's the right place for you to live in !!!"

"During my six-month lease at Water Stone, I experienced a distressing set of circumstances that made my living situation untenable. From the outset, the apartment was far from clean, despite assurances from the management that it would be thoroughly cleaned before my move-in. Unfortunately, this promise was never fulfilled, and the living space was consistently dirty. The management's response to this issue was deeply disappointing. I communicated my concerns, hoping for a resolution, but encountered unresponsiveness and a lack of willingness to address the problem. It seemed that they were more interested in making excuses than in providing a satisfactory living environment for their tenants. When they did finally respond, they shockingly informed me that I would have to pay for the cleaning, which was promised initially and should have been part of the basic service. Adding to my distress was the infestation of roaches in the apartment. This was an extremely unsettling situation, as it affected not only my comfort but also my overall well-being. Despite reporting this issue, the response from the management was inadequate, showcasing a lack of concern for the health and safety of their residents. Unable to endure these substandard living conditions any longer, I took it upon myself to find someone willing to take over my lease. It was a necessity, as living in an unclean and pest-infested environment was simply not an option for me. In conclusion, my experience at Water Stone was marred by persistent dirtiness, broken promises, poor management, and a severe roach infestation. I strongly advise against choosing this community, as the management's disregard for tenants' well-being and the high cost of living there make it an unacceptable choice."
