"The management's behavior is unfortunately unacceptable. Despite charging a monthly trash pickup fee on our utility bills, regular pickups aren't happening. When concerns are raised, they offer flimsy excuses and suggest we contact the trash pickup agency directly to resolve the issue. Additionally, while pest control fees are also included in the utility bills, cockroaches and rats remain prevalent. On a positive note, the community has a significant Indian population. However, it's concerning that management seems to discriminate against them, treating them unfairly and exploiting them financially."

"Review of 3 years Move In Experience It was Covid time and residents were not allowed to entre the leasing office, everything was over the phone. Inspite of multiple remider of my move it date, apartment was not ready. after i moved in i found may issues in the apartment and then they sent mutilpe people to work on those issue (So clearly they did care more for themself than others) Photos of move in imperection attached Community and beighborhood: Location is really good, everyting is walkable. Schools are great Community is clean and many onpremise aminities Appliances and Service Requests Appliances are really old, there was many issues I experienced with AC, heater, Refigerators and Dishwasher. After serveral fixes they do try to put blame on resident saying handelling is not proper and do try to impose repaire/replacement cost on resident. be prepare for that. Renewal offers: This is the WORST part. for renewal expect 20 to 30% rise, they do match to current market and treat you as new customer (no mersy for existing resident) so be prepared to pay extra $400/$500 on renewal or move out Move Out Experience: Once notice is servced for 60 days, there do not adjust make any adjustment with moveout date (though you have any unavoidable situations), resident has to move out on the date, which is not reasonable As many other confirmed in their review, no matter how well you lived in the appartment they do impose charges for color or carpet (in my case it was $500) Some Photos are attached for referances"

"I had the pleasure of living at Woodbridge for 7 years...the staff is polite and helpful. The renovated apartments are very well put together, the maintenance team is quick & courteous ( even though you will have to clean up after them) the complex for the most part is quiet, but it is a very family friendly community so you will hear kids screaming and playing outside in the summer...but they do quiet down around 10pm so sleeping is not an issue. The only issue I had living here is the cost...after a few years, you can pay a mortgage for what you pay in rent here...but if you never want to live in a home, and don't need a lot of storage space this would be a wonderful place to live!"
