"The lady in the office is helpful friendly. I’ve lived here almost 3 years and haven’t had any problems on the property. My children are safe and the apartments still look fairly new."

"I gave two stars for the price because that’s is all that’s good but these apartments is the worse experience you can ever put yourself in ! The lady in the rental office is SO RUDE , and not helpful AT ALL ! She literally sits there and braids her hair and gossip on the phone all day ! She in everybody business but the one that pays her ! The gym have not been open neither have the computer room since the property open ! There’s no where to park because ms akelia in the rent office has sold all the apartments under the table and let family of 8 shack up in 1 apartment . She was charging people to do rental assistance when they needed help ! And let’s not forget they have roaches ! DO NOT MOVE HERE ! Pay that extra 1-300 to be somewhere far away from this property! But if you looking for something under the table and quick she can help you !"

"The staff in the rent office has bad attitudes and poor Customer service skills and there bully’s towards the people in the community , & also harasses there tents & tries to illegally get people out there apartments. ( need new management ASAP ) but the apartments are nice, new and comfortable ."
