The Boulevard at Grant Park Apartments

"I choose to visit this property this past Saturday as my last stop on a full day of apartment tours. I almost didn’t go because my ETA showed that I would arrive a little before 4:30 and they closed at 5 PM. It’s Saturday and I know people want to go home lol, but I figured I’d at least grab a brochure and schedule a tour for the next day. Christian was kind enough to provide me with all the information I needed and even squeezed in a last minute tour for me as a courtesy. The floor plan itself already beat out their competitors, but the customer service and consideration really put The Boulevard on a different level. Beautiful grounds, thoughtful design and pleasant staff. I don't feel the need to look elsewhere and will be submitting my application this week. Thank you, Christian, for a 5-star experience! I cannot wait to live here!"

"I wish there were more than 5 stars I could leave for this property! The moment I stepped foot in for a tour I knew this would be the place for me to call home. (Had a long list of other properties scheduled to tour but didn’t even bother haha) Danielle, Christian and Dione are truly the dream leasing team and beyond exceptional. They each went above and beyond to ensure my move in was a seamless process and I can’t thank them enough! Along with the leasing team being phenomenal…the property is very well kept and quiet with great amenities/beautiful units which I appreciate! "I LOVE my apartment. So far so good! The staff is amazing! I’ve never dealt with a leasing staff so amazing other than my own when I worked in property management. Jen has been my point of contact since day one when I originally toured the property during hard hat tours in March! Her and Randall made sure I had everything I needed and had been a big help every step of the way! The maintenance team is very quick, responsive and efficient. I feel safe, acknowledged, and at peace. I hope it stays this way!"

Randall did great job giving information about ins and outs of the space and was willing to go above and beyond for my request pertaining to moving in.
