"Management was very nice. new security cameras did a walk-through through two different apartments The remodeled and new paint new floors looked really nice"

"Everyone was nice to me in the beginning. I applied and have not been given a simple yes/no for approval. I have called and given my name several times and been hung up on twice. I'm not sure of the reason. I'm feeling scammed out of an application fee at this point, I am hoping I am wrong. I tempted to call better business bureau."

"It started off bad , lots of bad management in 2017-2022. But now they pretty good. Manger fixed a lot of things and she's nice ,they not stealing money anymore. The people giving bad reviews lived here years ago ,or just behind on rent and them folks ain't playing putting them out. But if you pay your rent on time these are good if you really need a place to stay."

"I lived there I was not on there list as a tenant then they served me an eviction notice under someone I didn't even know I there under several different managers and all of them stole from the owner Ben who does not care about the property long as he gets his money. Living up in the gated community of Beverly Hills. They took my check and cashed it then even put on that I paid my rent I got my money back thank god for chase bank. They still have not done anything too change it, they hire a new manager every year or every month. Beware if you rent from them. Horrible Terrible"
