"These apartments is not a safe place to stay because they don't care about the family who stay out here. They have water links in every unit and roach, carpet is dirty they don't replace anything or get fixed. They only look good on outside. The gate don't work it's always mess up. I been out here for over ten years and I been had this water problem coming from my ceiling in dinner room and the tub. The rent is so high and got all these problems. And it's very unsafe out here it's been shooting in apartment and on the outside of the gate.the apartments are not updated yet. They don't keep the maintenance men or security guards out here"

"I will say these apartments are ok . You get what you pay for. The new folks really put some money into redoing the property. I was moved into a unit , and was hella surprised at the place . Besides the lil weather stripping I was impressed. And ima maintenance technician myself. Everything was updated from the appliances to the water heater to the hvac system. The neighborhood its self is 8/10 and that’s great for the area. . I did my research before moving here and I’m from a large city so I know “HOOD” when I see it and this complex is definitely far from it. I washed clothes and was impressed with the laundry facilities.EVERY machine worked and worked great . Nothing was tampered or messed with . Room needed a lil sweep but still it was nice . Think they should upgrade their security person . Maintenance is good to , they respond when needed , they are respectful and responsive. If you looking for a started or just something low key and worth your money. I’ll def look into renting at this complex."

"No leasing office.... Been here since April and have yet to get repairs done... No one will call u back... But u will get tones of BS emails.... Not worth it to live here...."

"Horrible!!! Showed me one apartment that was completely done. Yet placed me into one thats STILL needs work! No way of getting in contact with anyone unless you go to ANOTHER property that they own and things still do not get handled. But THEY GONE MAKE SURE RENT ON TIME!. NEXT MONTH IMMNOT PAYING!!!!!!! I should be able to use ANYTHING in my NEWLY REFURBISHED APARTMENT!! WITH NO PROBLEMS!. I HAD TO LEAVE MY OWN PLACE CAUSE MY BATHROOM HAS PLUMBING PROBLEMS!!"
