"My mother stays here and her unit looks nothing like the pictures. Her unit must not be updated. Dirty carpet that they haven't replaced or cleaned in years. Outdated cabinets and refrigerator. Apartment has bad case of roaches and has had mold. The smell of people smoking weed comes through her vents and all hours. The front gate is a joke and should be torn down completely or residents should be given key fobs to get it. I don't know if that gate was put up to keep crime out OR in. I'm hoping my mother can move this year because no one should have to live like that."

"Mold and mildew . You can hear your upstairs neighbor walk talk use bathroom and all. Pipe been leaking for a week now no one came to fix it. Cats sleep on patio and walk around freely. The owner and manager dont care about living just want rent money they stealing. I hate it here. All these fake reviews talking bout they like it here is just a lie."

Grace is usually who I deal with in the office but she as well as the rest of her team are outstanding examples of a property that is genuinely interested in providing their tenants with the best living conditions they can provide- and for a very reasonable price too! Would definitely recommend folks that are looking in the area to come by and tour this underrated gem."

"WOW! This property has been through some MAJOR improvements. I have lived around this area my whole life, and the new management has really changed the feel and look of the property. I was welcomed with kindness and smiles. Grace took me on a tour, and she answered any questions/concerns that I had, and to top it off, they gave me a beautiful leather note taking book. I am thoroughly impressed. GREAT job!"
