"If I could give a zero I would!! This slum lord allowed entire families in the entire complex to go without water for days!! The city was kind enough to turn it back on despite the owner not paying his expenses due to the city. Tenants state that this has happened numerous times. Please look up on google news stories to see what this new owner does to his tenants without any concerns of children or infants that may be affected."
"Poor management and communication. Residents without water on numerous occasions. Sanitation issues monthly. Rent raised without proper notification (with money not seemingly going to repairing these issues)."
"It is 11/4/23 and the residents of these apartments have not had water since 11/2/23 with zero communication from the owner of the property. This is egregious if not illegal. The residents explain that the water routinely shuts off at the beginning of every month, but it has never happened for this long. Whoever is the owner of the property should be held accountable."
