Repairs are quick and timely. Mostly within two hours of reporting the problem online, the repairmen come to the door to solve the problems. I am satisfied that I will continue to live here.I"

"I am writing this review to emphasize how kind, responsive and fully helpful Welinton Delgado and the maintenance team are. After experiencing Juncture, I figured there is no way to find a perfect community. There are always many things missing. I need respect, to be listened by the management, quick response from maintenance. Even after we left, our mail lost and Welinton tried to figure out for us. I never seen anyone better than Welinton handle situations, he is a doer and hardworking person. I loved the Maintenance team, they even helped me when my car was broken. At juncture, you will got yelled all the time, your door will be knocked like crazy at the middle of your meeting because you left stroller in front of the door. You will be treated as you never treated the way before. They will never solve anything and never be kind. If you are so sensitive to noise, pick the top floor. Live at Webb Bridge, got treated the way you deserve."

"Leasing staff is kind and attentive but that about it... rent went up $150 this lease and that was WITH negotiations!!! The 'amenities ' we are supposed to get (pool, workout center and playground) are AND have been non existent for the two (now going on three) years we've been here. The trash compactor in the front of the community was broken for a whopping 2 1/2 almost 3 months!!! The 'renovations ' to the apartments are cheap at best and EVERYTHING breaks! Maintenance is AWFUL! It is like pulling teeth to get them to fix something and when they do, it is mediocre at best and back to broken in no time at all. Leaks, mold, loose/broken fixtures, running toilets, bugs...the list could go on FOREVER!!! Do yourself a favor and keep looking. Maybe if they start losing business they will make the effort to improve? Again, leasing staff is fantastic. Too bad they don't seem to have much of a say in how this community is (corporately) managed..."
