"Manager at MAA Glen Managert treats you with condensension and disrespect. She addresses you as "dear" rather than by name. She tells you she will handle any issues you have and does NOTHING! Would not recommend"

"Do not move into the Lake Lanier location!!! Kathy Daron, the "manager" in the office hit us with a $1200 bill for things like their dirty carpet that was barely holding to the floor, charged $60 for mold on the ceiling. One of the long time residents got punched in the face at the pool because her and her office constantly left the gate in a broken or near broken state. The corporate office will straight up lie and say a district manager to call you, only to hear back from the same crooked local office you were trying to avoid due to their lack of ethics and common sense. If you dont believe me, heres an example... they thought it would be a good idea to install astro turf over poorly smoothed out ground at their dog park. Got home after trying to be optimistic of the fact they actually did something to improve the amenities during our stay, only to notice once we got back that our dogs paws smelled like straight up dog pee. I could write a short story about everything else they neglected, but you'd be better off spending time researching a better place for you and your family to stay."

"Apartment hallways at denver location smell like garbage, homeless people or dogs (probably both) are urinating in elevators and the manager Nathalie is embezzling from the company."

"Cheaply made apartments. You can hear other neighbors dogs, washing machines, Dishwasher and footsteps all day. When you complain their is no resolution. They do not care about their residents and would rather you suffer than make adjustments to elevate problems. The courtesy officer is a waste of time, they baby knock on the door and run off. The leasing consultants are inexperienced and young and do not how how to handle conflict. All they want is rent. High prices for w budget designs and furnishings. Run, don't walk run away from any apartment with this MAA beginning title. Worse experience ever."
