"I’ve only been here 3 months and my car was stolen from the parking deck. I chose city view because there were no reviews mentioning any car break ins. Most reviews mentioned it was a safe community. I believed that for a while too. I no longer feel safe. The gate is perpetually broken. The gate was broken (off and on) for two weeks when my car was stolen. Conveniently the guy was fixing it as I was talking to the cops about my stolen vehicle. There’s more issues, smaller in comparison and not worth noting at the moment. I would just say take this into consideration before moving here."

"Walked into City Views in the beginning of the summer looking for apartments for me and my girlfriend. I was greeted by Fabrizio and was able to get a tour right away. City Views has tons of amazing amenities such as their club room, sky lounge, gym, business center, pool and outdoor grilling. Fabrizio took good care of us and was able to secure us an apartment in the beginning of August. We’ve had zero issues with maintenance, deliveries and we are soo happy to be here. They do lots of community events such as hosting a chili and baked potato buffets and it’s a lively community. Thank you Fabrizio and the City View crew for making this community feel like home!"
