"I work at Dwell at the View in the leasing department, I have been here for about two years, and I love it. Dwell is a company like no other that you can just feel the culture of genuine care for people. I know a lot of the tenants now as well and there is a sense of community here and that we're all in this grind of life together. I know and see the management team every day be so helpful, solve problems and are very smart. The units are in good condition, clean and stylish. "Loud children and arguing neighbors are only the half of it. You may get shot, your car may be broken into, your unit will likely be roach infested, and if any of your mail is left at the leasing office, you won’t get it. The community wastes money on raffles and parties when what we really need is around the clock security. The only good thing I have to say is that it’s cheap, but trust me, you get what you pay for. If you value your life or belongings and can afford it…..stay elsewhere."

"4 stars because nothing is perfect but DWELL is worth it. Reading reviews I feel most people who have bad comments forgot what area they were apartment searching in. I mean for this to be the Westside of Atlanta I think Dwell is pretty legit. Dwell at Hollywood is the place to stack your money and move out the hood NOT stay forever and expect birds to be chirping every morning. My family and I feel safe and we are glad we chose dwell to jump start our life & new beginnings. Everything that goes on in dwell Hollywood is as expected honestly . Everyone is friendly and the kids are very sweet! Some even volunteer to take your trash for a small fee which always warms my heart because the young boys could be doing God knows what with their time, so with that we have some pretty good parents as well. Being truthful the gate situation can be annoying especially if you have to go to work. The gate is connected to wifi so you all can imagine what that’s like at times. Also the power goes out every blue moon. If you are moving here we suggest AT&T NOT xfinity, thank me later. & pizza does not get delivered here unless you do papa johns on doordash. Also the PARKING is first come first serve which is the only thing that irritates me when I have to walk so far just to get to my apartment building because guest or other renters took spots. I wish we all could get assigned parking but like I said I live on the westside not a high rise in BuckHead just as of yet lol. Moral of the story if you are trying to have your own space while hustling yourself into a better situation DWELL is the place."

"Mrs. Darlene is far most the best property manager i ever had. Any need, concern, or questions I inquired Mrs. Darlene went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of. Also Mrs. Darlene was able to assist and be there for me at my time of need. Additionally, maintenance was awesome handling any problem very promptly and kindly. The entire experience throughout my 2 years living here has been great. Even though i will be leaving, I would highly recommend living here."

"I moved in this complex in 2020 and it was great and the property was well taken care of. Since the previous property manager left in December of 2021. EVERYTHING HAS WENT DOWN HILL. There is always trash around the property. They can send emails and what we need to do as tenants but we haven't received an explanation about this trash piling up. The gates are constantly broken. We still have to deal with people that don't live here riding on 4 wheelers and disturbing our peace. The hallways are no longer cleaned every Sunday. The pavilion is always trashed. You would think they would have cameras around here which also let's me know that our safety is in jeopardy if something happens to us in the parking lot or common areas except the leasing office. We had a security guard for like two days. We should just call this Dwell at Hood. I'm truly disappointed and no longer comfortable living in this trash gnat infestated property. What's next RATS?"
