I love the community and relationships I have made here. I have lived in my home for 3 years and do not see myself moving anytime soon. Carrlyn, Isabelle and Aya have been great additions to the front office team. The service crew does a great job. The community director has handled any issue or situation with grace and ease! "Haven was an absolutely wonderful community to be a part of! I lived there for most of 2023, and only left to move somewhere else that was a slightly better fit for me personally. Neighbors are super friendly and welcoming, and the leasing office staff also works hard to make everyone feel at home. There were very few issues while I lived here, but management responded quickly when things came up. Living here also gives you all the perks of living at Avalon, like having Whole Foods a short walk away and plenty of great restaurants right outside your door. Overall, living at Haven was best apartment living experience I’ve had so far - highly recommend!"

"I was a marketing rep at Haven at Avalon two years ago and I have been back many times since to visit my old team, visit residents who became good friends, and walk around/eat at the restaurants. Over the years I was working there and the years I've been away, one thing continues to hold true, and it is that the team here holds living to the highest standard and wants each and every person to LOVE the community and their time spent there, whether it is a three month or five year stay. I know there are several residents that have been here since Haven at Avalon's opening day and do not have any plans to leave because of how much they thoroughly enjoy being here. Gina is fantastic managing the front office/community and Hector does a wonderous job manning the maintenance team, and I know they would be very hard to replace. This community is truly wonderful for those always seeking the next thing to do. The boulevard is unparalleled with some of the best restaurants and stores, and Avalon is always offering something whether it's a holiday event, fitness related activity, or live music. I can assure you living here will truly be one of the best experiences you will have, and if for some reason you ever have to leave, you can bet the feeling will be bittersweet."
