"A wonderful community of residents in a truly phenomenal location. The buildings have historical significance and the character that one would expect with that. You cannot find a place like this, it is such a rare find. The floor plans are so unique and there are many cozy and elegant outdoor spaces to enjoy throughout the complex. It is gated and secured, it is pet friendly, it is gorgeous. And the prices are very competitive. This is an incredibly rare find, particularly in such a desirable area."

"Janet Ausby (manager) exudes kindness and generosity!!! I locked my keys in my car down at the silver comet trail….keys, phone, and wallet. I was able to get an Uber back to The Brumby to get my extra set of keys. Janet happened to be working after hours on Saturday….she not only got me into my loft, but then drove me back to my car…pure kindness!"

"While I was in the process of moving out of the apartment which was still under lease, part of the maintenance group went into my apartment without permission and either took or threw away family photos, antiques and other personal property. The management team took no responsibility for the the actions of their employee and to add insult to injury retained 2/3 of my security deposit after my lease was up, even though the apartment was clean and damage free - other than termite damage they failed to treat. The apartment is in a nice part of town but is managed by a group of people that are focused on the bottom line. Below is a photo of how the apartment was surrendered, so understand that holding the security deposit was not based on cleanliness."

"I’ve lived at the Brumby for 3 years, just recently moved out. My experience has been fair. The management can be difficult to get ahold of and we had constant issues with our HVAC. The lofts are nice but the walls between apartments are thin and you hear everything.....everything. The community is great! Lots of friends and there is always someone grilling our hanging out by the pool. Parking was fine my first two years but recently there seemed to be a lot more cars. The parking spots are very narrow as well. The location is fantastic, literally 5 min walk from Marietta Square and Kennestone Hospital. It is right next to the CSX train line- A train runs through every hour and since you’re near the square, it has to blow its horn. Ultimately I found a comparable apartment, with Google fiber for much cheaper in Roswell. I didn’t leave unhappy but I think the “coolness” of loft living wore off and I was ready for more space in a quieter neighborhood."
