"Bexley is such a great place. Like anything else it has its pros and cons. The staff works diligently to address issues. Cynthia is a great property manager and attentive to the needs of the residents. I actually had a random conversation with a resident and we both were happy with results after reporting issues and maintenance is even greater ! Makayla and Ryan are very attentive to emails and following up! Thanks for what you guys do !"

"The property and units are beautiful, and the location is great; however, Powers Ferry Rd. is very loud. Get yourself a unit on the backside of the building if you plan on moving here. Leasing, maintenance and groundskeeping staff are all really kind - always acknowledging residents throughout the property and showing the pups some love. Why 2-stars? - The fire sprinkler system has been down since July 2023 (it's now December). Maybe the newly posted Fire Marshall notice on the front of the building will motivate the management company to get it resolved. - The complex's fire alarm goes off once a week around 2am and wakes up the entire complex. There is never any communication about why this is happening. - The fire doors have been shut throughout the building, making it difficult to move-in or bring stuff to your apartment. These doors also break because the push bars are overused, so you're lucky if you can even get through them sometimes. - No valet trash on Fri/Sat, but the trash chute gets so full that you can't throw it away yourself and residents just leave their trash anyways. - The restaurant next door gets super busy on the weekends and their customers use our guest parking, which fills up quickly. - The building's hallways are plagued with glade plug-ins and carpet powder. - There have been large holes cut out in the ceiling throughout the complex, which I assumed was going to be an expansion of the camera system, but these have been like this for about a year. This is a major pest control issue."

"My experience has been great from the very beginning. The leasing team is professional, caring, and have integrity. My apartment was move in condition…turnkey! I had some minor maintenance issues that were resolved immediately! The maintenance team was responsive, and very professional. What I love most about the Bexley is the convenience, security, and attention to detail in the apartments and amenities. They certainly thought of every convenience and invested in amenities that really matter, remote garage parking, valet trash removal, private and fully functional business center, fitness center as well as ample community spaces. The fixtures and appliances in my apartment are high quality and beautiful. I am proud to call the Bexley home."

"I have had a great experience living at Bexley for the past few months. The staff in the leasing office was incredibly flexible and accommodating for me when I first moved in and when I transferred apartments in the building, making the whole process quick and painless. Shoutout to Paul, Micaela, and Maya for always being kind and helpful! Whenever there are issues such as the elevators being down the staff diligently works on a fix and keeps us updated on the process. Bexley is very safe, clean, and has a great diverse community, as well as quality amenities. I'm sure there are many positive things about Bexley I forgot to add, and I don't have any noteworthy issues. Living here is worth the rent, and I highly recommend Bexley as a place to call home."

"My wife and I have lived at Bexley Powers Ferry since September 2022 and our experience has been nothing short of excellent. Bexley takes great pride in their property and our apartment is very modern and nicely styled. Any time we've ever needed help, Micaela and the other front desk staff have been extremely kind and helpful, facilities are always clean and well kept, and the amenities provided are both enjoyable and elegant. The property manager, Paul, has been incredibly kind and friendly to us, and the team regularly plans community events such as food truck nights, get-togethers, etc. which help you get to know other tenants and make new friends! If you're currently searching for a new home, look no further!"
