"Scam! Save your application & deposit for a complex that will not quote you a rate and in the same day after you have paid a deposit and fees send a lease for 20% more. The management will not return calls, has not provided explanation for the increase. Do NOT Trust them with your hard earned money!!!!"

"Here is my honest review since I have moved out: Let me start by saying the office staff is WONDERFUL! They communicate well and keep us updated, and they are just the sweetest. Listen, I understand the property is a bit old, but I appreciate all of the steps they are taking to make it better and better. Last, maintenance team is awesome!!! They work hard and are genuine and transparent, which I feel help ease my mind alot! Check this place out on your own, don't let the negative reviews sway you."

"I seriously don’t even know where to begin!!! First off I didn’t even want to get out of the car but my forever hopeful, sweet husband insisted. Walked into the office and it smelled like grandmas house from 1983, we were greeted kindly, then given information by a girl with zero personality. At this point I was just going with the motions and then we went to look at the unit! Just no! The most awkward layout ever. Kitchen upstairs and the living room down….it was just bizarre, but I could have looked past that, it was smelly and old and if that’s renovated I would never want them working for me. I didn’t even finish looking. I told them I had enough and I went back to the office for my id. I honestly don’t know how management sleeps at night. Please do NOT do a follow-up call with me. I have more to say but I won’t be profane here."
