"Applied in May 2023, paid all fees was given apt# and move in date. Was told management changed twice since I applied. Then was denied for unit. Was told takes 30 Days to receive refund. Called numerous times to give correct mailing address no one answered or returned calls or emails. Can not find any corporate contacts to reach as well. It’s now Nov 2023 and still no response, no answer, and no refund or status update."
"I just moved out a few months ago and I’m about to be VERY honest about my experience. When I first moved in in September of 2022 it was cool at first. Then once I moved in a lot changed. They underwent new management and I didn’t even know until I called about the washer and dryer. My first 2 months were kind of annoying. I will also say Dylan and his team took great care of what was going on. He was transparent about the washer and dryer that was supposed to be in my unit. When I had any issues about fees we went over them and he corrected anything that needed to be corrected immediately! Him and his team are very professional. I was also there when they started to undergo changes with the apartment name and renovations. I must say he did everything he said he would do. Even down to them fixing the gate and administering the gate cards. I’m not going to lie, the reason I had to leave was due to price and the roaches. I will also say that I think Dylan is working on that as well. I understood that wasn’t his fault, but as a parent, I had to do what was best for me and my financial situation. Overall, I didn’t care much for the apartment, but the staff was wonderful and made sure I was taken care of. I have a strong feeling the bugs will be taken care of as soon as he can figure out what’s going on with that. The apartments are old so I’m sure that’s the main reason. In regards to the price, do what’s best for your pockets. That’s all I have to say. Again, Dylan and his team were phenomenal. They worked with me when they didn’t have to and I’m forever grateful. "I scheduled an appointment to view one of their apartments. I show up to the doors locked and them telling me they’re closed for this weekend. I flew in from out of state to attend these important appointments to find a place of living. The least they could’ve done is called or emailed me the situation instead of finding out when arriving physically."

"This place is the worst you can imagine .. I'll start with saying *I had a date to move into the place and when I arrived it was not ready and I had to sleep for 1 night in the model house. *The apartment was delivered to me the next day at 7pm *There was never an inspection of the place with the office staff and myself. *The food disposer did not work, the hot water was not in the sink, leaky showers. *I came here for a rent of $ 1,300. and they have invented fees from all sides and my rent is already for $ 1,500. They give a fee for fumigation and never come. A fee for the exterior lights of the Ivy Ridge. and other fees more invented by the ivy staff. They are only interested in you paying your rent. *I call and write a thousand messages to resolve any situation or they just don't care. *You receive maintenance after 1 month and after being on top of them. *I write thousands of times to the ivy page, send email, send text message and they never reply to my messages. The only way the IVY staff responds is through reviews. *The exteriors of the place are a mess, they do not clean, they never collect the leaves, The garbage is always lying on the ground. *The apartments have an invasion of cockroaches, of mold under the paint, they have never removed the mold from the apartment, they only paint on top of each mold and also deliver it to the client. *Most of the people who live here do not have a lease contract with Ivy because they have rented the apartment to someone and that person rented it to another unknown person. *If everything written here does not interest you and you decide to live here, do it for the shortest possible time. It is not the same to read it as to live it in your own flesh. *As I read each of the comments here, I see that they never respond to anyone through reviews alone.. If you live below apartment 10-L I'am sorry to tell you that you will live in hell, Don't bother calling the office because nothing will happen .. I reported my hell more than 50 times and nothing happened .. From October to March giving complaints and they never did anything.. I left my apartment clean and immaculate and they charged me $ 100 for the carpets. because they were already used and when I moved into the apartment and my carpets were used and old..And finally, I can say that the office staff changes every 3 months and you claim they forget. * The only thing the Ivy staff can say is that I'm sorry and that you come to their office to talk. Do you know how many times I have written to you asking for help? I'm not lying, written more than 50 times for the same situation. And only reviews can respond? Why do they have to wait for someone to write to them to want to talk and solve? Yes, before writing, I made thousands of complaints and attempts to talk to the staff and nobody cared."
