"Walked in to inquiry about a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom, male staff was totally uninterested in helping us out. Every question we had he would just tell us to check their website. All other complexes we went to were happy to help us, give us quote and etc. Do not waste your time, they probably treat their current residents like an inconvenience."

"I'm living for almost a year and my family and me are very happy because is a beautiful neighborhood, is quite, clean. My apartment is big, comfortable and cute. I just have a disappointment what is the parking situation. The neighbors of the town house in front of us, use our parking lot, their garage is used for deposit, for mechanical stuff etc. Even just one person have 3 cars which just move one. Isn't fare that you are coming from work at night and is raining, windy or cold or hot we have to parking at the very next parking lot. Sorry but ist no right I think."

"Been here about a 7 months now, and I must say, compared to the other 3 complexes in the area I've lived in this is by far the best. The grounds are well maintained and the facilities are clean. The neighborhood is quiet, and my maintenance requests were responded to and completed quickly. The leasing staff even remember my name when I go into the office. I'm not sure how long I'll need before I buy a house, but I'm likely to stay here till then if this kind of service keeps up."

"Do not move here. No offense to the staff cause they are nice. It’s been a disappointment living here so far. With bugs, leaking ceiling and the constant maintenance issues and we’ve only lived here for 6 months. We’ve already had water shut off a total of 4 (3 separate times) full days since we’ve been here for maintenance.We moved here from Utah and the last time we’ve rented an apt, we contacted maintenance ZERO times. So if you want some peace and quiet or even privacy, look anywhere else. We haven’t had a mirror in the bathroom for a month and they finally got one in today. Even the mirror replacement is a disappointment. It’s so disgusting and rusted that I wonder if it was taken from a condemned property. Why would you think that’s ok? The ceiling fan in the bathroom is still constantly on. They said they were coming back to fix it months ago but haven’t heard a thing about it and this is the third time I’ve mentioned it. We are getting bugs that we had to do our own pest control on and it went away for a little bit. Now we’re getting them again. Mind you, we vacuum 3-5 times a week. We live on the ground floor so I understand but taking some extra care for pest control for ground level apartments would probably a great idea. I’ve NEVER lived somewhere where there’s so much issues. No matter how nice the staffs are, it doesn’t make up for ALL the inconvenience. Also the guys that came to do the repiping says there’s mold all over the ceiling. Why is that ok? What a disappointment."
