"I have lived at this location for almost eight years and haven't had any major problems. The property is older so even with the renovations there are still a few issues. I also appreciate that the rent has remained affordable even when a lot of properties are increasing the rent so much that people can no longer afford it and usually end up displaced or homeless. The manager, Kadisha O'Neal, and her team are awesome. Kadisha is the best property manager that I've ever had. I would have moved years ago if it weren't for her. She responds to all maintenance concerns promptly and she always keeps her tenants informed via text, email, or notice about what's going on at the property. Her passion for having a great landlord-tenant relationship is top-notch."
