I don't know about the other units but my unit has been renovated and I have heard from management that they are working on renovating the other units. Nice convenient location! Low crime community."

"First and foremost I only gave it one star.because the apartments are conveniently close to a lot store easy access to highway. But as far as the complex. Horrible they don’t fix things in a timely manner. The woman at the office is never there.there is something always going on over here.it is stray dogs freely running around.this place has been own by three different companies. Since I’ve been here. This short period time.I first moved here said black appliances in units. Nothing is updated not even the smell in the units.these apartments are over priced. For them to not be updated or have amenities…it’s a mess…think hard and do your research before moving over here. These people don’t care. They just your money."

"I lived in this property 6 years they changed management several times. No they did not remodel apartments. They do have mold in units which was reported nothing was done. There are roaches in the units and man does spray they eventually do leave after 10 times spraying unit. Also Crown bay management cannot be a real company the mailboxes are broken, the washhouse is dirty. Shannon Wilson never answers the phone and nothing is never done. Don t waste your money or time moving there."
