"The property is kept clean and it is close to the market place and to the airport, but other than that, I’ve got nothing good to say. I got a complaint from management saying my neighbor below me said they smelled weed coming from my vents, mind you I live on the top floor, my vents are in the ceiling, and I don’t smoke at all! Did they care? No. They put a warning in my file threatening eviction. Mind you, maintenance had just come from my unit a week before, and had been in and out of my apartment several times, and if I was a smoker my house would probably smell like it, right? On top of that, I have a neighbor below me that complains about every step I make… like if I drop the soap in the shower, it’s like I’m running back and forth and jumping up and down. Like I literally have to walk on eggshells in the $2400 apt I’m paying for. I’ve always stayed on the top floor and never had complaints, so I’m so confused and shocked that I got a noise complaint. The entry gate is consistently damaged and broken, we don’t have security, and the parking enforcement company is a complete joke. I got a $55 parking ticket saying I didn’t have my decal displayed, and it was literally sticking in my windshield and has been since I moved in, and I’m not getting anywhere trying to dispute it. I moved here from Smyrna to be closer to the airport because I travel a lot for work, and I wish I hadn’t. I was paying $800 less, had more amenities, and had a much better experience with leasing staff and neighbors. I thought this would be a good place to stay, but I 10 out of 10 would not recommend."
"I MOVED INTO THESE APTS JULY AND WHAT I THOUGHT WAS GOING TO BE A PEACEFUL AND SETTLING EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. I am a single parent with a toddler and expecting another baby soon! My upstairs neighbors have made my stay a nightmare and after several complaints to the leasing office no action has been taking. The neighbors are constantly fighting , being extremely noisy all times of the day, arguing and smoking weed which lingers to my home. On top of complaining when walking outside Im being mugged and stared at by the neighbor boyfriend because at this point im sure they know I make several complaints. All i ask was for my lease to be terminated early and after waiting and complaining all they offer was a transfer which I have to pay movers and no discount on rent since im expecting and cant move. If you want to feel unsafe and unheard this is the place to move to. I feel my life and kids life is in danger."
"Enjoyed my Reserve at Redwine stay. The community is well kept with great amenities (gym, pool) and engages residents with regular activities. Maintenance requests were promptly handled with a smile. Jon is the jewel of property. It was amazingly quiet. My only recommendation is to create more visitor parking spaces or give temporary passes."
"Honestly this place was amazing about a year ago. I had no complaints. For whoever is wanting to move here I would consider your options. The car wash hasn’t worked in MONTHS. The pool is supposed to be open year round and it still hasn’t opened and it’s the END of MAY. They make sure you pay your rent and up the rent as well. If you decided to pay month to month they will charge you 1,000 extra just to do so. This place isn’t worth 2500+ When i moved in it was 1600 for a two bedroom and that was reasonable considering all of the things offered worked as well. This place only cares about you paying your rent on time and if you are a day late they will charge you another $250. You have a two day grace period for paying your rent. This place just isn’t it no more. The old property was very nice and they always kept it look clean and they also answered the phone the first time not the fifth or sixth time."
"The property manager gale is very nice, the front desk representatives are always nice to me and get back to me in a timely manner. The maintenance men are pretty quick and proactive with helping me even with groceries I’ve only been here a month so far so good as far as staffing. My apartment is very nice The virtual tours are nice but in person it’s 10x better! I haven’t had any trouble so far I look forward to living here!"
