"Every since the new company has taken over, the office will not answer the phone. Request for things to be fixed go ignored for example the flooring in the dinning room has been coming up for well over 3 months and several request has been made to repair it and it is still not done. They turn off the water quite often (last it was off all until after 11:30 at night). Parking lot in building has puddles of running water and leaves at the side walk to going into the building and has taken over 4 to 5 parking spaces. I have requested this to be fixed and they ignore request just like every thing else. I feel like I live in the projects but expensive rent. Don't move here."

"Booked a tour with them, and confirmed it via email a few days in advance and via text the morning of the tour. Arrived to the complex and found the leasing office was locked, no one answering the phones. I emailed the agent who confirmed my tour, and he still has not responded days later. Instead, a different agent has sent me a generic message about welcoming future residents to their new home. No acknowledgement of how they failed to honor the original tour agreement. Unprofessional and disappointing."

"I came into the office on the other day, and I was able to get so much accomplished, and I feel like Nicole was so supportive, and made sure that I understood every detail as I continue on my search for a new apartment. I really appreciate her patience and kindness."

"Update: I am a very patient person but we are going on 2 months now with this roach issue. 2 sprays from pest control and consistently being ignored by maintenance has not helped. Nobody cares to find the real issue nor investigate where they are coming from. I really wanted to renew my lease but if management neglects this disgusting roach issue I have no choice but to break it. Mind you one of my neighbors is already in the process of moving due to the same exact frustration. Beware of roaches. I have mentioned to management several times about this apartment having roaches, it could very much be my neighbors fault as well due to non cleanliness on the outside but I’ve brought it to the apartments attention, as well as a family member for over a year and no change. I either will move out or ask for a new unit. No one deserves to deal with this. All they say is” oh will send someone to spray” “ maintainer says oh it’s apartment living” let’s not normalize roaches in the apartment!! And I’m a very clean person."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. I moved in April 2023 and was dealing with flooding for two months before someone actually did something. I’m now dealing with mold in the apartment. I haven’t been able to unpack my personal items because of this and I feel as though I’m being ignored with my concerns. They screwed in a trash bag to my open wall and it has been like that for a month and no one has commented on fixing this or has taken action regarding the mold and open wall. One day I came home and found gun shell casings right outside my door. I do not recommend this apartment to anyone."
