Jennifer the manager is beautiful, and has an amazing personality. Ricardos is handsome, funny, and knows his job, Tyrone is handsome as well and is very polite. The maintenance team is amazing. I love this new team! Keep up the good work. Thank you Slate team for making my home so nice and comfortable."

Thanks for always remaining respectful, patient, and showing empathy for concerns, it's truly appreciated and a great asset to the community."

"Great community! Quiet, peaceful, and they keep up the maintenance of the property. Very consistent with everything they have to offer overall. It's been 4 months since I became a resident here and the staff are still professional, friendly, understanding, great communication skills, the property stay clean, and they are doing a great job with staying involved with the community. I wish the back gate was open for convience, but I am glad it's not open because it actually keep down unwanted traffic and crime. Thanks Recardo for always being so pleasant."

"Since my last review the management team here at the Slate has done a 180 degree turn around. The maintenance of the facility is on point. It’s always clean, the property is sprayed for unwanted guest monthly, and at night the property is lit like a Christmas tree for the safety of those coming and going thanks to all the outdoor light fixtures (including the walk way spaces to each individual apartment) that were recently repaired. I really appreciate the management team (Richardo and Jennifer)for their commitment to making The Slate a friendly and safe place to live. If you have any concerns or complaints they are quick to respond in timely manner. They have also come up with great and fun community events to involve all residents for every season and occasion. I especially have to give kudos to the maintenance workers due to their tireless efforts to ensure the grounds are CLEAN, under any circumstances. They’re always friendly and helpful. Especially Felipe, he always speaks and does an excellent job when ever I’ve needed something repaired or replaced."
