"Honestly, I don’t think I have the space to make the complaints I need to, but the main issue is that my unit is severely water damaged. There’s mold on almost every wooden surface, there’s mold behind my toilet and water heater. Kandy was made aware of all of this but never admitted to there being mold damage of any kind in the unit. I’ve even reached out to Elon Management but they’ve never responded to my emails (there is no listed phone number). I posted what pictures I’ve taken since moving in."

"NICE AND QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD. ONLY GETTING A ONE STAR BECAUSE IVE BEEN CALLING THE L.O. FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS IN REGARDS TO MY AIR NOT WORKING AND I CANT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE (MS KANDY IS OUT). I RAN INTO MAINT WHO WAS WORKING NEXT DOOR AND HE STATED THAT IM THE THIRD PERSON HES SEEN IN ONE DAY WITH THE SAME ISSUE.... AGAIN THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS VERY QUIET AND IVE HAD NO COMPLAINTS OR ISSUES OTHER THAN THIS. YES I WOULD REFER OTHERS TO THE N'HOOD."

Very polite and professional. All maintenance request are done expeditiously! I can honestly say I have no issues with these apartments. If you need a nice clean quiet affordable spot Oakley Woods it is!!!!"
