Netherley Park Apartments

"BELIEVE THE REVIEWS AND RUNNN!!! They honestly don’t deserve the one star… HORRIBLE is the only word to describe my experience living here for 2 years! No matter how clean you keep your apartment YOU WILL HAVE ROACHES!! I told maintenance that my toilet was wobbly he comes to “fix” it by putting a piece of cardboard underneath the toilet where it is coming up from the floor. When I let them know that my hot water heater went out he came to “fix” it by putting foil over some part of the heater. My car was broken into twice and they second time some one tried to steal my car! They do not care about you or your families safety. Trash is always running over. People will drop full trash bags anywhere in the neighborhood and the ducks will get into the trash and drag it all over the neighborhood. The attitudes in the leasing office are terrible! There is always a new group of people working in the office. I am so happy I moved and do not have to deal with this apartment complex anymore!!"

"Absolutely horrible I paid admin fee week later they said I was not accepted after they accepted me and made me pay the admin fee. It is now January 2 they SO CALLED lost my money order for December rent I regret moving here Every leasing lady is at war with each other or a customer when I walk in the leasing office Starting to regret moving here"

"I have lived here for a few months and my experience is horrible,here is a few photos my experiences..strangers walked by playing loud music,roaches inside and outside the apartment..regardless of the numerous complaints nothing happened.. The management and maintenance are dishonest and disrespectful. The building is poorly maintained for example, pest control. Lawrenceville pest control is responsible for pest control maintenance. However, they are not doing a good job regardless of the complaint. The trash maintenance is also poorly manage. Trash can be seen along the roadway leading to the streets on Buffington Road every day and especially on Sundays and holidays it is worse. Do we have to call on Fox five news on channel 2 Before somebody do something to him.. we are paying to live here whenever the rent is increase, there are no justification, I was told that’s how they do it every year. The property is managed by Crown Bay Management.. they never respond to emails are telephone calls."

"I got fired today for nothing at all Ms tawanda the new property manager made the job a uncomfortable work space. She also talk to the tenants like they are beneath her. I would not ever recommend nobody stay there I've said out loud a couple times it's mold somewhere and tawanda would say be quiet don't say that in front of the residents"
