"I stopped at 12:30am to take a break and catch some sleep before continuing on. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the remote probably had dead batteries since it wouldn't turn the TV on. Breakfast was sad. By 7:30 eggs and fruit were gone. The toaster didn't work either."
"Lobby smelt questionable. The entire non-smoking 2nd floor smells of cheap cigarettes. After checking into the room, the blankets have holes in them, the sheets have stains, the lamp bulb is hanging out of the shade broken, the ironing board looks disgusting. Didn't want to find out what noise levels at night are like, or what breakfast would be. We checked out an hour after checking in. I don't recommend this hotel. I'm bummed I can't give a lower rating than 1 star. I'd personally rather save the $ and sleep in my car."
"Horrible customer customer service. Family run business by people who don’t care about anything but their money. Management was rude and stated a shuttle needs to be informed 24 hours in advance. Told the driver the day before, he stated I have to go through management. Second the upkeep of the hotel is disgusting. Carpets smell like liquor and marijuana. After requesting a driver at 8:50am. The front desk person told me he could get me a ride and it would cost me $10 for the shuttle. What kind of third would country thing is that? You are providing a service and then ask for someone to tip you or else. Between the lack of customer service and hostile employees. This is like staying at a prison that provides basics. Should not be allowed on any platform to provide services. Please note this is a family run business, that treats it like their home. The owners walk around in their home attire and speak their language as they look at you. Don’t stay there, waste of your money! Update 1/6/24 the picture of the staff who said he was the manager is located in the picture! Asking someone to pay for a shuttle that is advertised with no stipulations is fraud and theft! Update, if you have a similar issue please contact me as I am planning to sue them for theft and fraud. This hotel needs to be closed! This is not how you do business. Crooks!"
"I recently had the opportunity to visit the Quality Inn in Union City, GA for the first time, and I must say that my experience there was amazing. The manager, Raj, impressed me the most with his exceptional service. He went out of his way to ensure that everything was perfect for me during my stay. His compassionate and kind nature was evident in the way he addressed any concerns I had, and he made sure they were resolved immediately. I could tell that he genuinely cared about my satisfaction and well-being, which was very reassuring. I highly recommend seeking out Raj if you ever need assistance or have any concerns while staying at this hotel. He is one of the most helpful and caring individuals I have ever met, and I am confident that he will do whatever it takes to make sure your experience is a positive one. Thanks to Raj, I now frequently stay at this hotel."
"First, we were almost stranded at the airport. They offer an airport shuttle online but failed to advise you have to request it in advance. When speaking with the front desk attendant, they then said we would have to wait until 11 for the shuttle. At that time we had been there for almost 45 minutes at 9 am. Unfortunately, this is a long term stay location, the halls had an unusual smell, probably all the food they did not want cooked in the rooms. There was black mold on the ceiling of the lobby. The first room we were in had a substance that appeared to be blood on the sheets of one bed and smudges on the other. There was a puddle under the mini fridge, a burn hole in the shower curtain, a light bulb hanging by the socket out of the desk lamp, the desk itself seemed like it would fall if a leaf fell on it. In the second room the desk wasn't any better. There weren't any drawer pulls on multiple drawers, the microwave looks like it was introduced to metal and had an unusual smell, the hair dryer was melted, the clock radio did not work and the rubber was coming off the door for the mini fridge. I selected this hotel because it has an indoor pool. The pool was closed until the last day of our trip, it looked like it had soap scum floating on the top. The continental breakfast was barely an option for a picky 9 year old and a protein dependent adult. There was one hot option, very dry looking sausage gravy, no condiments for toast and watery apple and cranberry juices. This was not the experience I thought we would have. We will not be returning."
