"I would give zero stars if it were an option. What they advertise online is NOT what you get at arrival. The attendant at check in was very rude. The conditions of the room were absolutely deplorable. Floors were dirty, bedding had dried blood and urine stains, the shower had an old bandaid on top of the shower wall, shower curtain mildewed, hair and other things on the shower walls."

"Stay Express is one of the best hotels to stay at. The manager Mr. Watkin and his entire staff will literally make you feel at home. It’s so comfy and relaxing and enjoyable. It’s actually not expensive. If you have any problems, they fix it immediately. Housekeeping is awesome and take care of your hotel needs as far as extra towels, blankets, or pillows. When you have great management, you will have an awesome staff. Stay Express is the best hotel on Shannon parkway. The absolute best and I take my hat off to Mr. Watkin. "Clean, nice staff especially the lady at night. had washer and dryer along with a little store on the inside which was nice. although our room didn't have a fridge, and there was people arguing in the hallway all night we enjoy this hotel and will stay here again ! Didn't see any roaches"

"This place is absolutely horrible, Roach infested the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The we checked in and didn’t even stay the night, because it was so roach infested. Then we we realized a few hours after we checked in , that there was so many roaches the person at the front desk was very rude and refused to change our room or give us a refund. We booked through Expedia they keep getting the run around about our refund. Roaches everywhere, they didn’t even wait to come out. All behind the beds and refrigerator."
