"This is worst place to live… if they were free I wouldn’t even stay here. I have lived here since June of 2020. I have been having plumbing problems since August of 2020. I couldn’t move during again during the pandemic so I have been struggling through. Every time my upstairs neighbor washes it floods my unit. The property manager switches people so fast nothing can be done. They sent a plumber out who tore up the floor left holes in the wall and I’m still having the same problem. I have called the owners and they don’t even have the decency to call me back."

"If you value your life, your family, and your sanity- RUN AWAY. FAR FAR AWAY. Our apartment at The Gardens of Camp Creek have been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. From the interior design, to heat, to plumbing... everything has been a disaster. If you have not seen the pictures and videos above. Please take a look at the abuse we have been going through. As soon as we moved in, we had problems. There are scratches and chips in the baseboards, the walls are uneven and lumpy, missing carpet, uneven floors, brown paper on our unusable tub because it was not resurfaced, bedroom doors upstairs don't lock, the walls and doors only have ONE coat of paint so you can see the white underneath the color, and there are gaps between the floors and the baseboards. One of the patio doors was straight up crooked. You can literally see outside. That door also has NO HANDLE and NO LOCK - making it a breeze for people to break in and steal your belongings. They decided to fix this problem by placing a LARGE WOODEN STICK between my door frame to fix the problem. There is still no lock or handle till this day - the stick remains. The day we moved in our toilet was clogged. We asked the leasing office to fix the toilet for THREE DAYS and they never fixed it. On day three we called emergency maintenance because the toilet looked like it would overflow, but THERE IS NO EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE. They tell you to leave a message and they'll get back to you as soon as they can, but they o my contact you when the leasing office opens. The next day the toilet was disgusting and the water was a hair away from spilling all over the floor. We BEGGED the leasing office to fix the problem ASAP - they never came. Due to their negligence, the toilet overflowed. FECES AND URINE FROM OTHER PEOPLES APARTMENTS WERE ALL OVER OUR FLOOR. Since there was no 24 hour maintenance and the office was closed, we went to security and demanded to speak to a manager. NO ONE CAME UNTIL 3 HOURS LATER to fix the problem. I was stuck in a nightmare apartment breathing in human urine and feces when I was supposed to be at my father's 70th birthday party. The family flew everyone into town and it was a huge celebration, but due to this incident I missed it completely! It took over 5 men and 3 jettisons to fix the toilet. But when the plumber went to flush the toilet to show it was fixed - all the craziness let loose. WATER FROM UPSTAIRS STARTED POURING DOWNSTAIRS INTO OUR KITCHEN FROM THE CEILING. This flood damaged our belongings and caused further problems. When we asked about our destroyed belongings from the poop and urine the toilet spit out, they told us to contact our renters insurance company. I should have left. I should have taken my things and ran far far away. However, I knew it was a remodeled building and people make mistakes, so I decided to give them another chance. I told them that everything depends on how well the company can recover from a disaster like this. Needless to say, they never recovered. Every time we complain about things not being done, they blame it on bad contractors. Management is inconsistent. They have fired EVERYONE that has tried to help us. There is only ONE employee left who was here when we moved in and that is Rahiem. They fired Tomyia and Sabrina because they were the only ones trying to fix anything. Any employee that desperately tries to help the people instead of taking advantage of their residents is fired. But it doesn't end here ladies and gentlemen! Our apartment had no heat from October 25, 2017 till January 8, 2018. Last year is one of the coldest winters we have ever had - it snowed twice! And WE SUFFERED EVERY SINGLE DAY. We woke up to our apartment being FIFTY DEGREES OR LESS. The company blamed the heat problem on us, saying that we did not know how to work a thermostat! So they changed the thermostat, but we still had no heat. To add fuel to the fire, they did not properly insulate the windows and doors of the apartments."
