"RUNNNN. The Barrett looks like a nice place but make sure you do a full walk-through and see how they upkeep the areas for current tenants. The walls and floors are dirty and have trash everywhere, the security gates are always broken, they CHARGE over $100 a month to park in certain areas, the grills at the pool never work, we submitted over 15 work orders for our AC within a 3 month period, the dishwasher doesn't clean your dishes, the bathrooms needed to be caulked, and we moved out over 60 days ago and they still haven't sent a check for our refund that is due. The only good thing about this place is their maintenance people. They work really hard to keep up with everything and are very responsive (there is only so much they can do) but management doesn't care about anything other than making another dollar off of you. They also send out very abrasive emails to the tenants about parking and other rules they are trying to enforce all while ignoring any concerns."

"I truly enjoy my living in this apartment complex. I had never had any issues during my stay. I know I can always go to the leasing office with any questions and Ms. Kimberly (property manager) is being always very helpful, very nice and sweet to people. Ms. Hardly and staff are always very friendly and open, which makes you feel comfortable to address whatever type of concerns. Absolutely in love with my balcony view and peaceful atmosphere."

This is my first time moving in my own apartment at 23 and I was nervous and skeptical but they made me feel like family from the minute I walked through the doors to do a tour!! Ms. Sharday and Ms. Kimberly gave me an amazing tour and didn’t pressure me at all or rush me to sign the lease until I was comfortable which I was!! My apartment is amazing and everything is up to part and all appliances are new!! The neighborhood is very nice and family oriented and here’s the best part.. it is QUIET!! I love my decision to moving to The Barrett!! If anybody is looking for a place to call home, I PROMISE YOU this neighborhood is your BEST DECISION!!!"

They are friendly, super helpful, and maintenance requests are quickly addressed. Additionally, one of the reasons we selected this community was because of our initial experience with the apartment manager, Kimberly. Our experience here has been great, and I recommend The Barrett to anyone who is looking for a beautiful apartment community in a safe and convenient location."
