"This experience has been amazing for me going through the apartment process for the first time. I had my tour with Ms.Bonita who was very welcoming and informative and honest about everything. She assisted me throughout the application process and was very patient with me. I received word back that I was approved a little over a week later. During that week wait, every time I called to check on the status, Ms.Bonita was very kind and never showed any annoyance with me. Once approved, moved in about a week later and was able to view my apartment and see where I would be residing specifically. Ms. Bonita gave me so many references for deals regarding lights, gas, renters insurance, washer & dryers, etc. She has been amazing through this whole process and I’m so appreciative. She will go very far in this business."

"Worst experience ever! I moved me and my kids here from Virginia and the free month rent should’ve been doubled for all the mess we have been taken through. The only person who has apologized and tried to rectify this is Ms Bonita who is doing as much as she can but honestly, this shouldn’t be left all up to her. From the beginning, my move in date was put in the system wrong and I was on the way down in U-Haul just getting notification that my place wouldn’t be ready until a week and a half later. Ms Bonita managed to get me in the place I requested but originally I only applied online after VERIFYING that the unrenovated place was available and ready as it was $300 cheaper and well in my budget. After being approved and accepting, I was told my place isn’t ready and the listings on the website are incorrect so the only one available was renovated and I should’ve said no then. We arrived and the neighborhood is not cosmetically up to par as seen on the website. I have no grass in the front or back of my place only red clay and big rocks in the back so my kids don’t play back there due to lack of safety. We see the place, and I wish I would've got my original price because this place was NOT renovated. 80% of the baseboards around the house weren’t painted. 4 of the 6 doors in the home were broken, unaligned, or missing locks to them. ALL OF THE SINKS were corroded with grime, trash, or paint And they stopped up every time you try to use them. I’ve been here almost 2 weeks and there is a leak under my sink in my kitchen. There is also leak in my main bathroom. There are cabinets in my kitchen that I cannot even use because they are cracked Or completely torn and those are waiting to be fixed as well. Closets have cracked shelves some don’t even have their racks back in them at all. Some of the drawers in my bathrooms are not even painted. Parts of my ceiling in my kitchen are cracked and soft as if they will leak soon. The rod in my main bathroom is rusted, and the bathroom tub does not even work because the knob is broken and there is no hot water. The shower head is unaligned and facing the wall, which I imagine is gonna make it difficult for me to shower, unless I change the shower head to a portable one for the rest of my stay. The only thing that was renovated were the gray tiles on the floor, which I did not need. The week I arrived they still had to change my water heater. The glass was filthy. This is giving me more section 8, and I was looking for more luxury type of renovations, if I had to pay almost 2000 in rent! If it wasn’t for Miss Bonita, I would already be looking to go to court to break the lease. I wasn’t even given my correct amount of utilities to be paid until the last day the rent was actually due And the lady who gave them to me, gave me the wrong information. Luckily, Ms Bonita did call me to give me the right Amount before I turned my money order in. I can tell you for sure two things for certain, this will be my one and only year here."

"Mrs. Bonita is wonderful in the leasing office is a life saver, to say the least. She has been my leasing manager to maintenance woman and much more. She definitely deserves 5 stars. The place does need some work done but I can truly say Mrs. Bonita is doing everything she can to make sure it gets done. I truly appreciate her!"
