"The apartments are old and rundown need new appliances in all the apartments being living over here for 3 years the pool never open I feel like they shouldn't let it pay late fee because of this matter. I been in my apartment in 90 degree weather and still no one fixing my AC unit. Kids are hot plus it hot outside not a happy tenant. Need to do better, great prices for rent though"

"So I moved in in like 2021 , single mom first apartment I was excited . Ms holly was cool , everything was good until my upstairs neighbors moved out . They had to redo her flooring but when they did they didn’t put an ounce of insulation in the floors I’m assuming taking a cheaper route . meaning I went from having a nice peaceful bottom apartment. To straight chaos and noise when the next tenant moved in . To add insult to injury the new neighbors were 8 deep in a two bedroom which I reported serval times adding video footage from my phone and door bell cam with no help or resolutions . Mind you I have an autistic toddler with a noise sensory . My kids literally woke up screaming and crying because it so bad . Fast foward , we got new management because everyone keeps quitting . I had a death in my family so I was between housing for a few months , management called me about constant foot traffic in my unit which was actually my sister and my kid’s therapists (2 people) coming in and out to tend to my kids while I was away . They accused me of subleasing my unit , the audacity right ? so I decided my lease was over in may I turned in my keys July 1 and left . The current manager gave me the hardest time after she again accused me or subleasing based on here say , she had no proof or justification. So I told them several times i would rather leave than to keep dealing with foolishness. Why these people trying to charge me $600 for rent from July 1-12? I called corporate and tiffany saw my history never was late always was a great tenant . and verbally agreed to adjust my move out balance correctly as I had been through hell for months . Then before doing so I was told she “abruptly left the company “. New management is terrible my experience ended horribly and you better run because the company is obviously not right ."

"A friend of mine referred me to Palmetto Preserve because I was looking for a reasonable place to live for my son and I. Every other place we checked for a 2bd 2ba was in the thousands something I couldn't afford or they would ask me if I had any other income. When she told me about P.P.A, I was able to check out her apartment and I liked it. The only thing I didn't like was how the closest was set up but other than that we loved the apartment. However, the side she lived on I didn't like because of children being on people's cars and in the breezeways and people's dogs wasn't on leashes. Almost didn't apply. But, I still applied because I knew this place is what I could afford. I just asked the leasing manager if we could have a top floor and quiet area. Before, I knew it I received a phone call that I was on the top of the list and got approved for a 2bd 2ba on the quiet side. My son and I haven't had no complaints about what I mentioned earlier on the side we're on lol. Going on 1yr living here and plan to stay until we get a house. We love our friendly neighbors but not the stray cats. For the most part they don't bother you. I say give them a chance if your looking for somewhere affordable and with reasoning. You never know you may like it."
