"My mother in law just moved into a cottage at Hardy Springs. The experience has been so wonderful, that now my mom is moving in to a new home there as well at the end of the month! When we first came for a tour, they were setting up the club house for a game/happy hour. The turnout was really good, and everyone seemed to be having a good time. The guy who showed us around (Brett….? I think?) was so nice and took a lot of time with us just answering questions and stuff. I like the layout of the units, and there’s a few different yard view options. The pond is really pretty and it’s stocked with fish. There’s a fire pit, pickle ball court, dog park, and probably some other stuff that I don’t remember right now."

"I had an appointment to view the complex. When I walked into the clubhouse my presence was not acknowledged. After sitting for approximately 15 minutes and got up and went into an office to ask if I was in the correct location as my appointment time had come and gone. They response I received was a curt “ yes and we will get to you.” At no point did I receive an apology for my wait. Needless to say I did not stay to tour the community."
