"Horrible customer service the lady in the housing authority she act if she doesn’t want to talk to you about a apartment, when she does she kindly brush you off like you can tell your not going to get in ,and your chances are slim long waiting list and I notice open the waiting list up every 4 to 6 months and still no luck."
"There are peoples who will report you to the offices no reason they will throw u under the bus an god will never tell on his peoples an if u want go tell some thing an tell us bout Jesus not ur neighbors"
"If you are unable to afford regular housing, Dallas housing is an exceptional option! It is a safe and peaceful environment! When I come in to pay my rent the ladies in the front office are always welcoming me in with a smile. They are also kind and helpful. Maintenance always responds quickly and fixes things in a timely manner. God has used Dallas housing as place for me to get back on my feet. It has been such a blessing for me and my family. It is also in a great location, with Chattahoochee tech and Highlands college right down the street! If needed, you could even walk to Kroger. I love the area and my neighbors."
"These are very horrible people.. you tell them your problems they look at you crazy like who cares.. the people in the neighborhood talk about how the housing people pick favorites.. like who they won’t pick on an who can get away with what.. they tell you they don’t deduct from your rent if you pay child care.. when hud says you suppose too. They’re completely unfair."
"The woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude. My 8 month old began crying prior to my conversation with her but I attempted to continue the conversation. Apparently, the woman I spoke with does not know how to hang up a phone line because after we concluded the conversation I heard her gossiping to a coworker that my child was crying in the background. I think this behavior is very unprofessional and that if you are going to work in public assistance you should be more understanding."
