"Small place but what it lacks in large fancy rooms the manager treats tenants more like his own family.. it's not high quality but also not high priced. It would be be hard to find a cheaper rate or a manager that watches over and treats tennent s like family the one does."

"Practically nextdoor to the Dollar general store and St Vincent DePaul Catholic Church,and thrift store. The Owner and Manager, are great at conducting and running business professionally and personally because they provide a safe,and non bias atmosphere for everyone as well as respectful to everyone that comes here."

"Home is where you make it... Whatever you've heard about this place is no longer. Great and responsive management. Only problems we've had is from people across the street. Filled with families and people just trying to make it through this tough thing called life."

"It’s an awesome location , very convenient to Hulseytown rd., the staff is very friendly and there’s the cutest dog named Rex that hangs out by the amphitheater and he loves to chase the squirrels. The rooms were very clean, I did have to unclog the sink once, which was probably my fault because I had eaten at burgerking. My only complaint is that there were allot of mosquitoes outside, besides that it’s a solid respit from the daily grind."

"The price is very fair but the room comes with only the min. bare essentials and the fair price stops at the door. I am not a good critic by no means but still I rather pay a lil'more and take the risk of getting shot in the ATL then waste another sec around the people who have enjoyed staying there for long periods of time. Just saying....."
