"Don’t move here!!!! They are about to sell this property while joyfully raising your rent. Trust me these two bed rooms are not worth it. They will also delete your maintenance order.. always screenshot mines. Trash is always on the ground and it always piles up. The maintenance guy , Bill does NOTHING! I repeat does NOTHING! I wish Ahmad Booth was still here because he managed the property and things got done. He would have all the resources so people wouldn’t get evicted. A lot has changed since he was here. He would do a lot of things for the property out of pocket. He cared about our needs and especially the elderly here."

I was told anything I want done in my apartment, I would have to pay for. Property unkept, much less than 3 years ago. Actually much worst, comparing to when I moved in 2013. Mrs. Wilson was a great manager, and knew how to manage, she was very professional."
