Reviews
"Takes forever to fix things ,have to wait for months get things fix.. management very rude"
"Love the community very quiet and friendly place to live. And the management is awesome and very accommodating to any and everyone,! My only complaint is the 24/7 gas station across the street that can attract some bad characters. But so far so good. Lora has helped my girlfriend and I since day 1."
"I’ve lived here for a little over 11 years. I am disabled and have needed many reasonable accommodations done to try and help my health issues. The manager has always done all she can to ensure the needs were met. The maintenance staff, although only here part-time are very friendly and always go out of their way to make sure whatever needs done in my apartment is done in such a way as to not affect my lungs. Great place to live!"
"Bedbugs reported to MGMT 6 months ago because they were closed during holidays. MGMT. doesn't treat unless they charge you for it. Unethical management. Property STOLEN by and caused by next door neighbor, she wasn't evicted. I was told to "learn to ignore her." by manager. Worst place ever. Not a single moment of quiet enjoyment, no place for "safe and sanitary" living, harrassed and threatened by neighbors the entire time I've lived here. DO NOT MOVE HERE. DON'T MOVE YOUR PARENTS HERE. HORRIBLE PLACE, HORRIBLE MGMT."
"I used to live here. I lived here for 13 years. The first 9 years were very pleasant. We had a good manager, anything that broke got repaired quickly, we were within walking distance to lots of shopping, the neighbors were nice. We enjoyed our life there immensely. Then we got a new manager. Her name was Laura. Things that broke, didn't get repaired, including our furnace one winter when the temperature went down to 12 degrees. Life was no longer good at Creekstone. The present manager has also refused to make the noisy neighbors quiet down or move. Some good people have left Creekstone for that reason. It's no longer what it seems to be"
