The Reserve at Lakeshore

"My son, Mike, works at this complex and he does an Awesome job of keeping the grounds and the facilities in top shape along with others on their staff. Also I don't believe you could find a better location where the property sits that provides any better views of Chickamauga Lake. It's so quite and peaceful there that it's not unusual to see a variety of wildlife travel through their acreage on their way to and from the lake. The way my son speaks of the rest of the staff including their Mgr., Kenna, they all work together like it's a family operation which ultimately benefits all of their residents that live at The Reserve."

"I cannot say enough about this community. I say community, because everyone there makes you feel that way. The apartments are very spacious and gives you that " I'm home feeling". The views is breathe taking! I cannot say enough about how beautiful it is. They have great amenities. The staff truly works as a team and goes above and beyond to help you in any way. Reserve at Lakeshore is a beautiful hidden gem."

"The staff here goes the extra mile and then some. I have walking disabilities, making it difficult to get places. Brenda made apartment visits to help me complete office paperwork. Kenna and Elise are also very helpful. Maintenance problems and repairs don’t come up often, but when they do, they are quick to fix the problem, even if it is on a weekend. Some apartments have washer/dryer hookups and there is on-site laundry for those that don’t. There is a fitness area and an outdoor pool. The view of the lake is great too!"

"Great place with a great view! I had a temporary work assignment in Chattanooga that started as a 6 month rotation but became permanent. Thus I was in one of their studios for about 9 months. Because they do short term and mi th to month leases this worked out very well. I like that the studios include utilities such as electricity and water, so you don’t have to bother getting those started and ended in your name. You can tell that they’re a little older buildings but everything was well kept, and any maintenance issues I had were resolved by facilities. Speaking of facilities they had a nice gym and a great pool to enjoy. I never heard my neighbors or “wall-mates” so this was a good way to meet them on the way to and from the pool. Rent everywhere is high, but sometimes you get what ya’ pay for, and I feel this complex was worth it. I mean check out the view from my studio apt deck."
