The management team keep saying it will be fixed next week but its end of November with nothing got fixed. I'm really disappointed with the service they provide. Regret of choosing this apartment."

"This place has major issues!! Maintenance doesn’t do repairs, mold in our son’s apartment (did not fix the damage/issues), management company isn’t any help, three managers in 18 months. New manager was apologetic, but did nothing about the issues. Avoid this place!!"

"A friend of mine moved in here a few months ago and has been waiting for working central heat and air. It was agreed on in the lease it would be fixed before they moved in and now months later they are still using air conditioners that they had to purchase themselves. Managers will not return calls."

My apartment is nice and clean. It's quiet. The management team is doing everything they can to improve the apartments if you are just willing to work with them it's a great place to live. Overall I'm very pleased thus far"
