"My wife and our God children had a marvelous experience at this hotel, the staff are very friendly and always has smiles on their faces, one experience I enjoyed most while I was here in the room 309 the very friendly and beautiful young lady that had braids and very nice nails, she worked with me on my payment for my last 3 day’s, you do not find many people or many staff that can relate to u especially in your situation,, they need to be amended and receive an award for best customer service"
"As soon as you lay on the pillows lice bugs jump straight on you and so does bed bugs. The room was hot as hell & the hallways smelled nasty. Would rather sleep in a box than come back to this hotel."
